Credit card details are required for package, group bookings and treatments of one hour of more.
To ensure you enjoy every moment of your treatment, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time for a leisurely check in.
Out of consideration for other clients please ensure mobile phones and other electronic devices are switched off or on 'silent' mode.
We will do all we can to accommodate you but as a courtesy to all our clients treatments will be completed at the scheduled time.
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. You can make a request for a one month extension provided the request is made before the expiry date. Otherwise, we will honour the voucher outside the expiry date for 50% of the original value for a further 3 months. Beyond 9 months the gift voucher is forfeited.
In the case where you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied against the gift voucher. Should you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment a cancellation fee of 100% will be applied against the gift voucher.
Pre-paid series of treatments are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, except the Essentials 4 series of 10, which is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Treatments not used by the expiry date will be forfeited. Cancellation of your appointment with less than 24 hours notice will result in the series treatment deemed as redeemed. Treatments in a series are non transferable.
