Appointments: Please book in advance for your Balgownie Beauty & MediSpa experience. Credit card details will be required for package, group bookings and treatments of one hour of more. When to arrive: To ensure you enjoy the maximum treatment time it is recommended, all new Balgownie Beauty & MediSpa clients arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for a leisurely check in, change of clothes (if necessary) and a welcome drink of herbal tea in our lounge area. * Out of consideration for other clients please ensure mobile phones or other electronic devices are switched off or turned on to 'Silent' mode. Beauty therapists will do all they can to accommodate but as a
courtesy to all our clients treatments will be completed at the
scheduled time.
Cancellation Policy: In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Less than 2 hours notice or failure to keep an appointment will result in a charge for the complete listed price. Voucher bookings will be made void.
